Construction Management
Our construction management services include conception design to turn key project completion processes tailored to meet your individual needs. In addition, we have extensive experience in offering our clients “value engineering”, which in most cases has produced significant savings while maintaining the desired look and feel. We handle the building permit procedure, process all liens, and insure that your project is built to plan. We also obtain, qualify, schedule and manage all subcontractors required to complete your project. We will be with you through the close out process where you will receive all warranty letters, operation and maintenance manuals and subcontractor contract information for questions on warranty issues. Construction Services
We specialize in design build commercial projects, which include class A offices, retail buildings, warehouse distribution, flex buildings, and complete tenant improvement build outs. Our services also include, but are not limited to, tilt-up construction, metal buildings, interior/exterior framing/rough carpentry and site concrete.
Land Procurements/Land Development Services
We assist you in the procurement of land. We can also help you with the subdivision map process, parcel splits, and parcel merges. And finally, we offer rezoning services for your specific land needs.
